The photo bothers me. It looks weird. I don't really know if it is shopped or not but when I look at it it somehow doesn't seem to be real.
I'd also like to think that even if he was at the brink of death he wouldn't be caught in grey socks and birkenstocks and something that looks like a mock turtleneck/dress combo (or a very very ugly bathrobe).

I would think that this almost certainly means that he's received a bad prognosis. Our CEO made a similar transition (CEO->Chairman) after a cancer diagnosis and was dead in a year and a half; if he had been able to work there's no way he would have stepped down, similar workaholic nature.

Seeing how quickly my stepdad lost weight during the endstage of his cancer, I can believe it. I'd also like to think that even if he was at the brink of death he wouldn't be caught in grey socks and birkenstocks and something that looks like a mock turtleneck/dress combo (or a very very ugly bathrobe).
He also wouldn't give a shit about looks anymore, opting for the most comfortable with the least hassles. And the moon landing is a hoax because you can't see the stars... I especially like the part where the author claims to see manipulation in what's essentially a bunch of bad macroblocks. |
