Well, time for those folks to abandon their houses.  No way they're going to be able to sell them and move, and moving is what they need to do.

I work for a fracking company!

Have you tried the internet? It's made out of millions of people missing the point of everything and then getting angry about it

The title makes it seem like they are drilling sideways under people's houses. That would be motherfracker worthy. I dunno we have sinkholes all over the place from old mines so I don't get the hate.

I enjoy how they say "Chemicals" because saying "Diesel gasoline" is less marketable.   why so serious?

I love the part where they truck natural gas to a pipeline for delivery. It is like the reverse of the gasoline business!

That vehicle should be called the fracking mothertruck.

That reminds me of an aerospace joke. There are two kinds of Fokker airplanes. Big motor fokkers and little motor fokkers.

What gets me is the "all wells are encased in cemented steel casing" bit and how it makes no sense in context. Yes, the entire well is encased in an impenetrable barrier so that nothing we send down it can come into contact with any natural resources! Oh wait...

It's especially baffling after the BP oil spill caused by failure of the cement.

If you're so desperate for resources that you need to drill under residential areas, then it's time to look in to alternatives.

I suspect she just hates your freedom to ruin her property/health/life? (sarchasm, I know. I'm not really falling in it, just doing my part to shine the light of a thousand suns on it for the retards that would actually argue it for real.)

Yes, I know I'm paranoid, but am I paranoid enough?

I could definitely see Australia having a Silent Hill somewhere in South Australia. Say, Snowtown.
