New sky series featuring Karl Pilkington visiting the seven wonders of the world. PreviewChina aired last week and Inda last night. It's a bit slow as he has no one to directly play off but you get some real funny stuff "taste of toad", "ensuite shed". china: Deleted Scenes

It took me a long time to start to like Karl, my Mrs has always loved his stuff so I end up watching it. But I must admit this new series is awesome, I don't normally trust a word Ricky Gervais says but when he described this whole series as his most expensive practical joke ever, I believe him. Karl is just not mentally equipped to travel outside England.

There is a huge swath of Karl that is hammed up or prescripted stories, but his whingeing seems candid. God knows during the India episode being sick twice, diarrhea for 9 days, and then thrown into that honeymoon suite room anyone would loose their cool.

Missed this thread.
My fiancee is always using the line about not living in the cool carved temple, but living in the cave across the way from it. Fucking brilliant, love Karl's schtick.
