I'd heard about this a while ago and a stroke of luck meant I actually saw it.
It's a French action film that is set-piece driven - you are watching stuntmen do some awesomely physical things. Sadly it drops off towards the second half, but it is a film with some nice touches - the lead villain has his moments and I liked that they start the film with a cliche, then break it.
Basic plot: District B13 is a hellhole walled off from the rest of Paris (?). The main bad guy screws over (with help from the authorities) leading man #1, then steals a large bomb that will explode in 24 hours, meaning that leading man #2 is sent in. They team up. Violence and moral lessons ensue.
Was this the French movie that was sort of a Parkour action film? I remember seeing ad's for it years ago, and being intrigued, but never actually saw it.
"My great-grandfather did not travel across four thousand miles of the Atlantic Ocean to see this nation overrun by immigrants. He did it because he killed a man back in Ireland. That's the rumor." -Stephen Colbert
I saw the second one last weekend it was very amusing to me. Its not high drama but if you want to see some crazy ass monkey parkour stuff its a good flick.
