My typical selection is getting a little dry and i need about 90min of music that i can cycle through. I'd love suggestions aside from country/trance/rap  I'm looking for stuff that a bit more upbeat with some decent lyrics since I'll usually be jogging to it.  Any help is appreciated.

Almost any 'greatest hits' from the late 70s and early 80s would be good.

iTunes linkies:

In looking for those, I found iTunes has a whole 'workout' section:

it is electronica so I don't know if you want to avoid that genre entirely  (actually it is GOA or psych trance)  But Infected Mushroom is something I use

If you dig dirty rock n roll (Death n Roll) you could check out Chrome Addicts, it is like early mottley crue meets motorhead.

Muse:  make a mix of the more upbeat Muse stuff, some decent lyrics and mixed in there are some very upbeat/heavy stuff.

Or I don't know if you swing this way.  But Blink 182, sure it is teen pop stuff.  But it is upbeat, catchy as fuck, with amusing lyrics.  and as long as you don't tell anyone what you are listening to you won't lose any street cred.  why so serious?

"There is dignity and deep satisfaction in facing life and death without the comfort of heaven or the fear of hell and in sailing toward the great abyss with a smile."
