Based on the game and lore, the elites are arrogant dicks who believe they're better than everyone. What better way to show that than kill everything with halberds? |

The sad thing about that trailer is that if they had taken the game budget they could have just made a full length animated starwars film like that.
And it would actually have a better chance at being good/successful.

That is, without doubt, the best ad I've ever seen for a MMO ever. Low bar, perhaps, but I think you could show that to pretty much anyone and get them excited about EvE. |
