Thanks for enlightening me, Bruce. Sorry, we're all just noobs at teh Internet, never heard of Wikipedia before, and failed to notice "Welcome to Wikipedia, a free-content encyclopedia that anyone can edit" on the front page. I wonder why Raph would intentionally put an inaccuracy in it though. To make it seem more "authentic"? Too bad Snowspinner is an Administrator there.

And Raph, considering the pagewars on Wikipedia is this really the right community to point towards your entry? I can just see the minute by minute changes in the definition of PvP, which this could lead to. |

A lot of people say they'd prefer Encyclopedia Britannica over the Wikipedia because they trust the credibility of those who work on the Britannica more.
Personally, I think the Wikipedia rocks. Considering it's open-source, the data there is reported surprisingly responsibly and it covers a far wider range of topics than any encyclopedia I know. Only on the Wikipedia can you look up pop culture items such as "grok" or the definitions of bizarre sex acts.
