It was a wonderful and stranger-than-fiction non-fiction book. This adaptation looks well cast, and I look forward to it.

Just saw a trailer for this earlier tonight. This really looks funny and the lineup of actors is really good.

Yeah, old topic, but I just streamed this movie on Netflix.

Not nearly as good as it should have been. It had some funny moments, but somewhere in the last 30-45 minutes, it went way off the rails.  Heartbreak

Yes, it never quite hits the heights it promises to.

However, not a waste of a film and I appreciate Clooney playing a nut.

My main complaint with the movie is that it should have ended about two seconds earlier.   awesome, for real

I'm trying to watch this at the moment on iPlayer but I don't make more than 3-4 minutes before I get bored and alt-tab out.

Pity.

I really wanted to like this but it ended up boring both my wife and I.   I like Clooney a lot, but the movie just never really clicked.

I want to say again that it's a fantastic book and recommend you read it. The film, checked out from the library, is dreck. The screenplay is poorly paced, the scenes are poorly edited, and the adaptation makes all the wrong decisions for all the wrong reasons. It takes what was a believably bizarre story and turns it into an obvious fiction.

Fail.

You people suck.  Saw this in the theater, loved it.  Had family go see it, they loved it.  Its a quirky weird dark comedy.  I enjoyed.

This was funny, I laughed, mission accomplished.

A nation consists of its laws. A nation does not consist of its situation at a given time. If an individual's morals are situational, then that individual is without morals. If a nation's laws are situational, that nation has no laws, and soon isn't a nation.
