In what seems to be the latest version of Engrich, I think mine has been shipped too. If it wasn't that we have the worst postal system in the world (so many eBayers clearly state they REFUSE to ship to Italy, only Italy), I would bet you for who gets it first.

Didn't Italy burn a whole bunch of backlogged mail after a long postal strike at some point?  or is that an urban myth?

EMS is awesome, but the last leg is the local courier. Best of luck!

They don't need a strike to lose, burn or steal your mail around here. They do it for fun all the time. True story.

Seriously, you can read Bukowski's Post Office from 1962 and that's basically an ELITE service compared to what we have here in 2009.

So, it would seem that the real problem with streaming the PS3 isn't the video, the video I can do fine. Grabbing the audio from the optical stream is proving to be.... harder than expected and I'm not sure how to do it. Flash Media Encoder doesn't seem to like it. Going to try something else.

Just hook a mic up to yourself.  We'll only hear the game in the background but we'll be able to enjoy your heavy breathing and "FUCK FUCK!  I HIT THE X BUTTON!  IT'S THIS CONTROLLER!!!"

THIS IS THE MOST I HAVE EVERY WANTED TO GET IN TO A BETA

Truth :-D

Have you checked your TV for an audio out passthrough?  Most have them to hook up to a receiver.

There's a fair chance this'll be the most imported game ever. It's getting crazy.

The only remaining question is:  Is It Good?  I can't tell amidst all the creamy lather and shouts of joy.

...but you can simply play it on an American machine, just like that?  I'll admit to being intrigued, and I don't even know what the hell it is yet.  I seem to be getting caught up in the froth.

This game better get enough attention/praise to ensure a NA/EU release and a sequel because it's the best thing I've played this generation.

How long from purchase did it take for it to be shipped? I bought mine last night, hoping to get it into my house by next week.

It really is a mystery why Sony is not gearing up or at least make an announcement that DS is will see a world wide release.  Dragging their feet on DS and WKC shows how slow and lumbering Sony has become.

Acidcat - You can dual wield shields, it's time to order.

Sony isn't dragging their feet on WKC. It's scheduled for this year, it's just an immense project and they have to overhaul a lot of the shoddy online component.

I ordered it yesterday afternoon, and then at 2AM this morning, I received an e-mail from the guy saying he had shipped it. That's pretty fast.

Good to hear WKC is scheduled for this year, after the initial release the buzz completly vanished.   I was bummed when rumors of a March NA release were squashed but then DS arrived and all was well in the world again.

Did yesasia hook you up with the aquatic Hakuna Matata?

Loot? Cool? Varied enough?
World? Large, small, varied?

Froth?

The co-op videos, and the 'black orb' video where you take control of a demon - delicious.

Also, checking Ebay, its hard to tell which version is listed.
