In 12 hours I'll be picking beans just south of Beastro.

Also on my way out to Beastro, be there in 8 hours.

Could someone list the skill requirements for hunting turkey? I'm so far away that it doesn't even appear on the map.

I will be near Beastro tonight.  Cannot hunt turkey or repair fences, but I can pick beans, prospect and guard forts!

Forums are annoying, I found a link to something useful though.

You can find info on jobs there.

I just hit level 10 and chose Cowboy. It looks like our town is going to have tons of workers. I'll be arriving at the Beastro Hotel in about 8.5 hours for a snooze so I'll be at 100 percent energy first thing tomorrow morning and ready to spend a couple of hours on my first Cowboy Quest which involves scaring crows out of my Uncle's corn field.

Oh yes. This game is fun all right!

If this has been posted yet, I haven't seen it...

http://www.weststats.com/ is far and away a better resource for finding jobs for which you qualify. It has a Javascript that lets you import your job values and your equipment bonuses and it flat out tells you if you qualify... and if you don't, how much you're off.

Plus, it's got full lists of quests and their requirements.

Level 8, 217 cash; chasing birds, pickin' beans. Will be OTW to bat country afterward.

Just hit level 10, picked cowgirl (worker).  I have 3 quests, can only do one of them (scaring birds).

One quest is hunting turkeys, which is a ways off.

The other is to get a donkey.  I have $340.

Do I buy a donkey or come to Bat Country to somehow put it towards town?

So I did the first few quests, then it told me to get to level 2, and since I was at the cotton field, I picked cotton for two hours. The XP bar went from 4/14 to 5/14. Do I really need to check up every two hours and reset a work timer for 18 more hours to get to level 2? That's Korean grind retarded.

It shouldn't take that long to get to level 2. Look around for a job that gives better experience that you have 100 percent motivation for. If you had been picking cotton already then you might have a motivation penalty for it and that'll cut down your experience.

I think we need to stop getting workers and start getting some Duelers haha.

I don't like WestStats. I went there once and I had literally 100 pop-ups come up on my screen.

Guarding fort and earning money through duels.  There's also a couple of jobs that work well with a dueler/soldier skill set.

You have to be a member. I could rotate the last membership slot, have you join, go to the bank and donate to the Treasury, than kick you, just so we can get hotel going, General Store going, then residences, but that's up to everyone involved.

I am in the area and happy enough helping out.  Rotating between prospecting and milling grain should produce some cash.  I have 200 right now.

You can queue two things, so 4+ hours of working and moving. Still pretty annoying to check up every 5 hours or so, but you can just do it once a day w/o worring too much.

Can you give items to other players? I have a few extra feathers that some people seemed to find hard to get? Also got a Rusty Razor Blade if anyone is thinking about dueling.

About to hit level 10. Still not done with quests. Also, got a kickass sling shot, I'm pretty much all kitted out with decent gear and multiple outfits for doing different things. Tomorrow morning, I will head to town and start on the hotel w/ my fat $230.

Try and get $240 since that allows workers to do 2 hours of work. I'm depositing 240 myself once I get down there in a few hours.

4 hours/$480 worth of hotel building going up, I have a high enough construction and repair that I can tear through this fucker. Deposit some more money and I can be done in probably a day or two. ^_^ I'll take the other 96 out of my bank and deposit it after I finish this. :)

I'm 11 with $480 at the moment, and am slowly meandering west.  Slept in Crow Town last night, will sleep in Britannia tonight (1 rectangle east of Bat Country).

Adventurer has a ridiculous number of easy quests that have massive XP. I'm already Lv. 14.

I invited Xanthipe. Let's get that hotel up, put nearly 480 of my own cash in, on my way up with another $100. Seriously Adventurer has ridiculous XP an cash gains from quests.

Fourth from the right, third row. Look for the only town in the center.

Or send me a telegram and I'll reply and you can see the town.
