I am confused by this Jindal speech-in-progress.

Also, I cannot stand the way he speaks. It seems somehow....I don't know...cheesey? Cartoonish?

I live in New Orleans so I stayed away from amateur hour today.

I'll head out to the bar in the next couple of days, when the bartenders are truly happy to see you and the tourists have left.

When Jindal speaks, it always makes me think he has a horrible accent that he's trying desperately to suppress.
