Wow I just rubbernecked and listen to the song.  What a fucking piece of shit.

Lily Allen did a cool job with it though.  Music kinda reminded me of a Beetle song that I can't remember the name of.

Because of this thread I youtubed 'Womanizer'.

Uh, post-processed much?  It's cute that they blend some of it into a sort of Bollywood sound but I really didn't care for it otherwise.

Edit: Also, the video.  Can we say "body double"?

Turns out, the One Banana Two Banana song is in fact Womanizer.

I still get the joy of hearing it in the background multiple times every day.

My kids walk around singing the 1960's Spider-Man theme. This makes me happy in the soul.

Towards the end of last year, I decided to turn some of my students on to some good music. By the end of the year, most of them chose stuf like Soundgarden and/or Black Sabbath for the soundtracks for their animation projects and their Photostories. I was proud.  DRILLING AND MANLINESS

They also ended up liking Tenacious D an awful lot, the bits I allowed them to hear, anyway. But I have to be really careful what I play in the classroom.  awesome, for real

I had to go and download the Tra-la-la-la Song.  Now I will have to go out and bang my skull against the concrete until the damned thing is out of my head.  I hope you're happy, bastards.  On the plus side, even for a bubble-head-pop singer, Liz Phair was pretty hot.

Liz Phair was/is not a bubble-head pop singer.

When did they put booty dances in SWG? Or is that SL stuff disguised as SWG?

Looks SWG to me - Balgosa Windspire was a prolfic machinma creator making a lot of dance related videos. Most popular was probably Fette's Vette.  The booty dance* was in SWG for a long time - certainly since before I joined which was august 2004-ish. No idea if it still is but it was a definite part of the dancer skills (says he who played a fat male human dancer for a bit)

A point can be MOOT. MUTE is more along the lines of what you should be. - WayAbvPar
