Last night's episode was good. They could end the series on it and it would be fine.

Agreed, that totally did not end up where I expected the episode to end up.

I was actually surprised when they did the 'returning in 3 weeks' preview. I totally thought they could have ended the season, and the series, with that episode.

I think this was the original ending for the series, according to wiki this season was originally going to be 13 episodes long then they subsequently ordered 6 more episodes.

I enjoyed this episode far more than the last few.

Excellent episode, very surprising and satisfying.  This may not even be Chuck's last season I hear.

Plus hey, now the show has an ending I can pretend is the real ending if it goes off the rails from now on!

I seriously doubt the last episode of the last six they ordered which will probably be the last ever has any chance at all at topping this one.  I've been hoping and praying for more Chuck ever since i knew it was in trouble but if it was going to end it should have ended here.

Good show again last night.  Fun and sexy and the return of Jeffster!  No LOL moments, but a lots of snickers.  They are dramatically re-arranging this show and I like it.  Ellie is the only thorn in my side, she needs to sack up. :)

Casey and Morgan are THE dream team. Forget the intersect, forget all of the Chuck/Sarah drama. They should do a spin off with Adam Baldwin and Joshua Gomez.

Now that all of the fake will they won't they drama is out of the way the show has taken on steam again. The setup like it is now is really promising, at least until Chuck gets cancelled a few weeks from now.  why so serious?

Yvonne Strahovski and Zachary Levi have real chemistry so they should have gone the couple route a lot earlier and Adam Baldwin and the geeks at buy more is a reallly great combination.

Casey in his cover job at the buy more being Ass Man instead of Morgan and having to deal with the antics of Morgan, Jeff and Lester, Chuck and Sarah being the awesome spy couple that they are and Morgan as spy in training.

Chuck's sister and Awesome are sadly rather superfluous at the moment.

Joshua Gomez is not that watchable. I'm actually upset they keep dragging him in. Not that it matters, the odds of them getting another full season is near nil and the last episode tied up the entire show pretty well.

Reports are that Chuck got renewed for next season, though it's likely to be a 13 episode order rather than a full season's 22 episodes.

The Hart to Hart intro from last week's episode might be a clue, I guess.

I'm getting pretty tired of the "i finally have the woman of my dreams so now im going to continuously lie and hide stuff from her" plot device.

So, was that the end of the season finally? It was great. And the setup for next season looks fun too.

I finally finished watching the season and I loved it. I wasn't too sure about the "We can be a couple and spies" thing, but they dispensed with that pretty quick and built up to a stellar season finale. Hate that we lost the dad, and that we have another season of Ellie (and everybody) being deceived about Chuck being a spy, but the whole family angle could make for some fun stories, especially if Ellie gets turned into another Intersect.

It'd be cheesy but there's nothing stopping them from bringing back Dad with the same magical healing device they used to bring back Superman.

So um, what is he supposed to be just a regular spy now with no flashing, and no intersect? While still being just plain awkward? Boring.........

That's not what I had seen on the premier announcement.

There was a part in the clip where he told Morgan he didn't have his magical kung fu powers. I just assumed something had gone wrong with the intersect for an episode or two.  But perhaps Pennilenko is correct and they've suddenly decided to completely abandon the original premise of the show for no apparent reason.

Well, assuming you saw the season finale ....

Either way, it doesn't matter to me whether he has the intersect powers or not, and I'd still be watching just because of Yvonne Strahovski and the geek comedy gold that has usually coincided with this premise and setting. I saw enough in that sneak peak clip to make me tune in.

This show has so much eye candy, i can't believe it does so bad in the ratings.  I thought Baywatch proved all you needed is scantily clad hotties to be successful.

Really enjoyed Chuck this season.  They are keeping up the chemistry and fun.  These seasonal arcs are pretty interesting as well.

The only complaint I have about Chuck this season is too much relationship angst. Can we have at least 1 or 2 episodes where Sarah and Chuck aren't questioning their relationship only to find that the mission they are on solves the problem? It's getting a bit old. Still funny as hell though. I especially loved the Old Spice Guy casting. Yeah, it was stunt casting, but damn was it funny.

I'm getting a little sick of all the relationship bullshit too. Sarah has been very patient so far but I think Chuck is rapidly approaching the point where a good strong kick to the balls is in order.

The Subway product placement is the worst I have ever seen integrated into a show.

Well episode 13 of the latest season aired last night and ended all the plot arcs that were going quite well. This could have been the season ender or even series conclusion and everyone would have left happy.  I think they still have a few more shows to air for this season though and as far as I'm concerned they've earned another one in the fall.

Last night's show had no noticeable Subway products in it which was nice.
