Universal Travel Power IOs leaked

Following the last patch some new Universal Travel IO sets have appeared in the Consignment House system.

You can't buy them yet, but it is likely they will drop during the Winter / Xmas event.

In short, they are a 3 IO set that can be used in any travel power and provide not a bad set of bonuses.

Looks like CoH/V is moving towards expanding its event rewards in a logical way and to also expand the IO sets available in a new direction (i.e. universal sets).

I like it.  It's a great way to get people more involved with the events.
