Anyone remember The Incredible Machine?

This is pretty fun.  You can save and link your contraptions and share with everyone.  Here's an example of one of mine:

Ok, that game is utterly evil

I should get back to nature, too.  You know, like going to a shop for groceries instead of the computer.  Maybe a condo in the woods that doesn't even have a health club or restaurant attached.  Buy a car with only two cup holders or something. -Signe

Not mine, but I laughed when I watched it. The name for it is appropriate..."Explosion"

http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=132204 This design was such a wonderfully simple solution, wish I'd thought of it.

Down Under is pissing me off.

This is how I did it. I feel somewhat retarded after seeing other people's ideas, but it worked so I don't feel too bad.  Ohhhhh, I see.

Every time I click one of these links it suddenly becomes half an hour later. Really wish I had some level of engineering talent, some of the most impressive ones are the really simple designs.

Doesn't work right when I view it.  Everything falls off the back side except for one wedge that falls under a ball.

NVM.. it was running in the background just now and I didn't notice the ball was creeping along ever so slowly before.

Sweet merciful crap.  I'm torn between admiration and pity for the people who came up with some of those.

Having said that, here's some of what I did before mercifully giving up on Down Under.  :P

My 'economic' solution to that one. Took me forever to tweak it.

Fuck me.  I'm in total awe of the people who invent catapults and rods and pulleys and the whole nine yards when so far a car or tank has done the job for me.

Alas, I now have to get to Mars and my tried and true sucks balls.

Probably my least fav aspect of the game is that vehicles seem to work for most of the stuff.
wait till you get to the tube, I spent well over an hour on that thing last night and while I think I have a solution, tweaking it to work is probably going to take at least another hour.
