Has no one ever drunkenly gone to a tattoo parlor before?
I'm sure they have. Any reputable shop will tell you to get the hell out, though. Drunks bring cops, and that's the last thing you want your shop associated with. ETA: Again, sorry I couldn't make it guys. But, you know. |
