More like turkeys to that end. Never in my life did I think that of all the places I have lived in the USA, that I would see wild fucking turkeys in my front yard in Pittsburgh, PA. But yeah, seeing them fly around is something pretty awesome... but not National Bird awesome.  why so serious?
Turkeys are a better national bird than the bald eagle, but eh.

But yeah, turkeys in the city. Not quite Pitt, but I do live in a city! Couple years ago...

Not awesome.
Wasn't meant to be, just going off the mention of turkeys in the city. Hid it behind spoiler tags to remove the offending non-awesomeness for those uninterested.

Yeah, from the same series that had "real" footage of Lebron hitting full court jumper after full court jumper in practice and some brasilian player kicking a soccer ball right at the goal post over and over so it came right back to him.

I can't speak to the broken (now fixed) link, but I was watching Apollo 13, and googling some stuff about the moon landings. If you can't see the awesome in a man taking a walk on the moon (using 60's era technology to get there!  ACK!) I pity you.

I think she's on her way to an underwater Tea Party rally on her Medicare Sea-Rascal.

Fat woman aside, that wee device looks kinda cool.

It also screams 'Porta-Snack' for any passing sharks.

If you closely, it appears to be teathered.  Either as a safety precaution, or because they are in fact trying to land and extremely hungry shark.

I think the tethering has to be there to keep it upright.

I thought it might just be attached to a buoy so the folks on the surface knew where to find them.

I'd like a giant shopped version where her hand is triggering the front mounted lasers and she is one of many in an undersea battle, preferably with minions of a past meme. Also for an end to pictures of cosplay that might as well be Coldplay.

It is attached to a buoy - which keeps it upright and prevents her from falling to the bottom at 1000fps.

The air tank on the front pumps air into the bubble and I think it has a car battery to run the propulsion fan.

There doesn't appear to be space for a car battery anywhere.  There are no control planes, how the heck does she surface?  In any case, you guys know that underwater she's actually more buoyant than a skinny girl, right?
