Nice, but I'm amazed that the "no fly" zone around Cape Kennedy isn't bigger than that pic implies during a launch.

You can see the Shuttle -- especially the SRB flame and exhaust -- from VERY far away.

Air Flight exlucusion zone is only 50 or 60 miles -- I even think it's lopsided, with a lot of that being out to sea in the whole "SRB seperation area". Those guys were probably over the panhandle, a hundred miles away or more.

It's actually a Delta II out of Vandenburg. But there is one of a ring of skydivers with a Shuttle launching in the background.

I dont really see what makes it "disgusting".  I mean, it really is no different then ordering 3 seperate burgers and eating them in one sitting.

You don't find eating three greasy fast-food hamburgers in one sitting disgusting? Really?

Yes, yes.  Fast food is bad for you.  Congratulations, you found the bandwagon.

That doesn't look disgusting, it looks tasty.  I'll probably never try it because it also look unwieldy as hell, and I'd probably have to cut it into 3 separate cheeseburgers to eat it without needing a shower later, which completely throws the point of the product out the window.

Plus, I'm guessing, 47 times the saturated fat.

We have something like this up here in Reykjavik; one of the late-night sub joints will make you a "cheeseburger sub" if you're a regular and ask properly. It's basically a foot-long grilled sub with two fried cheeseburgers slapped into it, slathered in sauce and covered in toppings. Ask very nicely and you can get bacon in there as well.

You pretty much want to die of a meatgasm after eating it though.

It's a triple cheeseburger with extra bread.

That's pretty much entirely not what I want from a triple cheeseburger.

No, more than that, much more. A single "Double Whopper" with large fries is sufficient to provide you with your entire calorific intake for the day. Something like that would be thrice the amount, easily.

I saw your turtle.  I thought to myself, "Don't know if want..."  So I Google it to find an awesome picture to represent my dubious state of mind.  What I came up with became my new avatar.

And this just goes to show how warped the internet has actually made me, and how little I trust the modern media because  I'd swear to god that's a picture from Hurt Locker and not reality.  The only part that made me blink for a minute and get past that were the sandbags on the embankment/wall there that I'm pretty sure weren't in the sniper scene I'm thinking of.
