Is that the guy from Mannequin behind the Kool-Aid man?

I don't know what's more wrong:  the picture or the fact that I know it's that one drone outta Aliens Vs Predator.

I bought my first audio CD player (A magnavox top loader if I remember right) in 1983.  I think I paid $800 for it and there were only like 25 cd's available at the time.

That picture brought back some bad memories!

My parents bought our first one about a year later, Neb, so I'm sure they share the pain.  Their first VCR was in 1980 and lasted until I took it to college with me.  It lasted me until the 2nd year of my marriage when I could no longer buy replacement rubber bands for the drive belt.   Man I miss durable consumer electronics.

My first CD player was my TurboDuo system.

My first 2 CDs was Ozzy's "Tribute" album, and the Moody Blues' "Days of Future Passed.

I saw one of those Honeywell computers at the Computer History Museum in San Jose.  I am in awe of any housewife that was able to use that thing.

Does use of the cutting board count?  I also want one but the wife would make me put it into the basement.

You never see zombies in top hats and tuxedos. I always thought it would be interesting to have a zombie movie about proper english zombies. It would be awesome, for real

You just might, if they make a movie version of "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies".

BTW, I heard that the group that did that book is working on another:  Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter.  Sounds awesome.

On title alone I am awaiting this book more than almost anything. Also, I hope he uses wrestling moves.

The guy in blue....is it me or are there a couple of frames missing around his landing?  Maybe he just whipped around faster.  Looks like he almost pulled a Reeve.

It looks like he doesn't hit the ball as squarely on the top so it looks like it sends him flying faster than the guy in white.

The ESS they're talking about in that ad is baiscally more or less still how things work now in telephony on the provider side, just a later generation version of it. VOIP stilll has a long way to go to take it out.

@Aez: That's been flipped to read left to right hasn't it? Or is it a normal scan that makes no sense because either way the last panel is a little weird.
