Looks like a photographer during the bubblegum Gumball 3000 (i r bad with names) rally. Anyone who photographs rally of any sort probably has nerves of steel.

That would be the part that looks particularly uncomfortable.  I mean, thats right in the middle of where your going to be pressing your palm.  Probably not the best place to put a spiny thing.  Other than that, awesome mouse though.
