I will derail my own thread a tiny bit and just say that it's simply terrible how I finally go looking for something my wife has wanted for over five years and then she goes and bitches me out because a rate quote on a mortgage refi has gone up 0.125% and the monthly went up $21 from when I got quotes last week. So maybe I don't want the suction cup anymore.
