I was copying and pasting the names in the first post to create my war target buddy list last night and was getting one of them as being not found. I think it was Lokiedo.

Either one of these alone would make me think "is he clever and bluffing weakness or does he really believe that and bluffing strength?" Together, he is either convincing or chuckleworthy.

I undocked and had a look. Heavy hitters indeed! No less than three ravens after my little inty. One of them had T2 hammerheads. An Onyx shoved up too.

I was going to be flying a HAC on the Groundskeeper within two days, but change of plans: I get into a mega today, and should be doing decent damage in a couple more days. To be fair, they've come up with a tactic that is keeping them safe: everyone into battleships and sit on the undock, smacking from safety. However, it is also counterable if they make it predictable. And when they get bored of it and start running missions again...

So, I undocked in a shiny new domi. And 'lo! There's a Maelstrom sitting like 10 km away. It has a red star on it.

I wonder what that means?

Actually, two more battleships, Ravens I think, show up as attack the Maelstrom so I take a bit of damage, but manage to kill the Maelstrom before warping off to a planet and then a safespot with half my hull :).

BTW, they use torps on the ravens and they hurt a bit. Range might be an idea.

Oh good, I was looking at it thinking, "WTF" Then I started wondering if Eve had changed so much in the last year that this is, somehow, a pvp fitting now. Glad to see I was right in my initial reaction.
