Did this thread on Sarah Palin in the shaving forum happen to have any relevant pics, or was it truly off-topic?

It was an off-topic forum that was part of the board, as in, you could post about stuff other than shaving. It was a thread about Palin that I didn't start. The whole thing was ridiculous.

I should get back to nature, too.  You know, like going to a shop for groceries instead of the computer.  Maybe a condo in the woods that doesn't even have a health club or restaurant attached.  Buy a car with only two cup holders or something. -Signe

Hey, it's no less pointless than a "gaming" forum.  DRILLING AND MANLINESS

Actually it's about 10x more relevant. Everybody shaves.

Except the French.

How about a "breathing" forum then?  I'm sure we'd all find it topical.

Yeah, but...a whole site about just shaving?  Just what exactly are we shaving?

Tundras are made in Texas, outside of San Antonio.

Edit: Ford Rams, on the other hand, are made in Mexico.

Still, many would argue that it is a Japanese product, regardless of where it's produced.  I dunno.

I think we have taken to much time trying to explain/figure it out for it to be deemed funny.

Well, they'd have to make them in Mexico, seeing as how that would piss off Dodge!

SA: Making Dreams Come True!
Quote
Man, it's going to be great. Some struggling family on christmas day, desperately hoping that the gift box contains farm tools to till the barren earth, perhaps clean water or maybe even shoes for their children.

"But my devoted husband," says the wife, nervously eyeing the box sitting under the twisted old dead branch that doubles as their christmas tree, "Why does the box from the benevolent Westerner buzz so? Shoes do not buzz! Water does not buzz! A hoe does not buzz!"
"Ah wife," he says, patting her head, "Perhaps if you were schooled in the ways of men, you would understand that OH JESUS CHRIST BEES! IT'S FULL OF BEES! WHAT KIND OF MAN WOULD SEND BEES AS A GIFT OH GOD THEY'RE ALL OVER ME AAAAARGH!"

The usual crap-to-awesome ratio applies, but when SA is on they're on.

I got my wife to -- finally -- read through their let's play of Dwarf Fortress (the Boatmurdered one), and I'm pretty sure she hurt herself laughing.

Yeah the ratio at SA is poor but I spent my $ well there. Boatmurdered is particularly brilliant.
