Let's just step back for a moment. Even though squirrels are festering boils...they are also light and catapulting a squirrel by that method would probably not really phase the animal unless it's landing spot were a brick wall and even then probably not much.  The most likely outcome was that the squirrel got launched into the guys backyard and skittered up the nearest tree.

Were this a larger animal like say a dog, raccoon or even possum then yes this could be considered very cruel but this is more of just being a dick to squirrels and I'm fine with that.

Wouldn't that just be chance of flurries?

Also, forecasting in general sucks, even with all the tech they can bring to bear. Watch the NWS change their hourly weather graph over time. Actually, I combine that graph with their satellite and radar loops and generally have a good feel for what the weather will be like, because you can also have an idea what happens if a front shifts one way or t'other.

Go to http://www.nws.noaa.gov/ and put in your local info in the text box. On the lower right side is a grouping of text links, click on hourly weather graph. It rocks, tracks multiple data points so if you're a visual person like me you can mesh all the different vectors together much easier. My fiancee is an english major and prefers the text forecast, but I love graph+loops.

Combined with the fact that they left the rain image there, which gives a more "We couldn't decide" impression.

0 to Bloodworth in 16 posts is pretty damn impressive. That might even count as a Double Bloodworth; I'm pretty sure that's been posted more than once.

I'm not an animal activist and I didn't think it was funny or like looking at it so thanks for putting it in spoiler tags.  (I'm not complaining about it or anything, btw)

I think a female midget raping a donkey dressed as a clown using a strapon is funny but I am self-aware enough to realize that most people wouldn't think it so and I wouldn't get defensive if called on it.

Wait... who's dressed as a clown?  Because if the donkey is dressed as a clown, that's guaranteed laugh riot.  I'd be suspect of anyone not laughing, actually.

The deer is funny. We used to prop up road killed deer along the roadside in subzero temps,  rigormortis + frozen = deer statue.

Wonder if it was the google pace car that hit it?

Uh.. yes, that's pretty much the joke.  The first image shows the deer standing, running across the road, the 2nd has it at the bumper, trying to dodge and the 3rd is it rolling after being hit.  Look at the addresses on the images.

The image, however, would appear to be bogus, or at least is really really old.  That strip of road looks nothing like the scene in the above image when you go to google maps.

The past cannot be changed. The future is yet within your power.
