The picture itself is kinda weird though. They all look photoshopped in. Maybe something to do with the high speed and depth of field. I'm no expert.

The lighting on the clown matches that on the passengers behind him, and I think the picture looks a bit odd because it's shot with a very long focal length lens which compresses the perspective very strongly. Like SirT says, can't say 100% it's not photoshopped, but it looks genuine.
