I haven't done much photography since last year, but I did arrange a friend to come and model for me as an experiment in high-key portraiture.

And a MF shot, Arax-88 on Fomapan 100.

Top two are great. I feel like high key doesn't work as well when the subject fills less of the frame.

I agree. My plan was to concentrate on head/upper body shots but she wanted some longer shots as well to show her corsets and her dresses.

Some shots from a recent portrait shoot for a friend.

And some colour analogue shots from the high-key shoot from a week or so back. Medium format (6x6) on Portra 160. I love the way that Portra has a very flat contrast curve until you hit the very dark parts, then it just falls off a cliff. Gives a very unique look.

Nice shadows on the first one. Looks like something you'd see in a movie poster.

Couple of martial arts photos from me.

Went to an abandoned Communist-era hotel on the shores of a local lake at the weekend.

These pubg graphics are getting very fancy.

I should get back to nature, too.  You know, like going to a shop for groceries instead of the computer.  Maybe a condo in the woods that doesn't even have a health club or restaurant attached.  Buy a car with only two cup holders or something.

I tested my new Exakta today on my way around the local university. It is pretty broken but probably fixable. It is a lovely camera though and crazy looking to boot.

Love all this.

The martial arts photos are great, Moses.

I love ruin photography unreasonably. Though it's honestly scary to do sometimes.
