There was a period near the end of last year's testing where it truly was awful - almost unplayable, actually, but the problem was found and fixed. I suspect the most negative comments are coming from that period of time.
They probably are. Hearing negative commentary about closed beta is pretty much guaranteed; too many players go in thinking they are getting to play the game for free, not deal with unfinished systems and more bugs than a termite mound.

Its amazing what you can find out about the board at CME :)
Did you know one of them was busted for falsifying books for another company in 2005 and banned from being on the board of a floated company on the stock exchange from then on??? its amazing what US court records tell us online.
Also gary whiting info out there is not that clean also and well worth having a look at :)
Lately if anyone has noticed all mmoguls member pages are down from a few days after their CEO resigned
