Just checking my stats again (whore that I am), and had a question- what does this mean?

Driver Special Ability     98

Some other board says it is when you use your ability while driving.  For example: You are a medic flying a chopper, you engineers get shot to hell and the points you get for healing them are your special ability points.  Or if you are support/engineer driving a tank and give ammo/repair the stuff around you.
