This thing is just way too cool.  Give them a bit of time to ensure the product is safe for consumption, and maybe improve the printing resolution on it, and they are probably sitting on a marketing goldmine.

i imagine it could be done with chocolait, you would just need to granularize it first, and probably adjust your system to account for differing melting / cooling values?

Would be cooler to have it feed the sugar to the head rather then use the bed. Wonder how crappy the resolution really is, would be nice to see them water wash one of those things, or do a face or other large solid item.
