Those archives of the AE bankruptcy papers were updated again today.

Verio has re-filed its motion for protection (as the judge told them they could do when the previous motion was dimissed without prejudice), and several documents showing the costs and details of providing reduced service to AE post-petition.

Verio has also filed a document requesting that the "Debtor’s Motion for Entry of Order Determining That Debtor’s Utility Companies Have Adequate Assurance of Payment for Future Service" be moved from August 31 up to August 24. Also included is a "STATEMENT OF UNITED STATES TRUSTEE CONCERNING INABILITY TO APPOINT COMMITTEE OF UNSECURED CREDITORS".

Both artifact.zip and artifact1.zip have been updated.

Edited: because I can't read.
