I didn't even bother with the demo.  Did anyone bother?  It's terrible, right?

It seems to be a pretty decent game in fact. It seemed like a very quest driven hack n slash game with a few twists to it.

Oh good.  I choose to believe you.   smiley  Mostly because you're the only person I know who seems to have played it.  And you have nice font.

I have this habit of not looking at names or avatars before reading a post.  I can't tell you how often I read one and think "This is a Signe post."  Nine times out of ten I'm right.  The remaining one time I'm left wondering what the hell got into... hmm...  I can't remember who the false Signe was.

Anyway, carry on.

Ha that's a great one! I love how the chomping part is "off screen" and you only see the ghost eyes going back home.

The FCC deemed it too violent for basic internet. You'll have to log in to a premium internet channel to see the full bloody scene.

I downloaded the demo for this off Steam. Ran very, very poorly.  Killed a few zombies and then quit the game because it looks like ass (I know they tried for style, they failed) and runs poorly.  I think I'll be uninstalling this demo soon.

I'm just not sure why I runs so bad.  I have a decent computer.  undecided

Interesting that it runs poorly considering the demo I think is only 1024x768.  It ran fine on my machine and you can up the resolution on the released version.

I think it's an okay game, nothing great.   Some of the looks on the equipment is pretty cool and it holds my interest better than the Titan Quest expansion.

That sounds dirty.  I should report you to the moderator.  You need to be punished up the res.

I think Silverfall win the prize for worst looking interface of the century. No wait, of the last two centuries. I couldn't even see the game while my eyes were bleeding by digital hateknives wounds. File under: unbearable.

What's an arcadian?

I'd describe the hats in greater detail but that would probably tire me out.  My first hat was an Indiana Jones style thing.  Now I've got some kind of cyborg helmet.  That's the best I can do.

I bought six hats last year. A nice suede outrider hat, a couple floppy hats, an ornate fez, two chapeaus and a Smithwick's baseball cap (which technically I didn't buy, it was given to me in Vt at a bar I swill Smithwick's at). It was the year of hats.

SIX HATS IN ONE YEAR!!!  You're like some kind of bajillionaire, aren't you?  You are living my dream!

I have tried three times to order this hat:

but it's never in stock.  Don't worry... it fits grown up heads, too.

Two were decent, one was free, the rest were cheapo. I'm only a majillionaire. When I used to drive a forklift I had one of those earflappy hats with strings and tassles that would flop around when I had the earflaps flipped up. That was a cool hat. No duckhat, though. I need a tricorn, a stovepipe, and one of these:

I was never a big fan of baseball.  My Dad is just some old guy, nothing exciting there, he's not even a bitter old guy.

More hat stories, please.

I just got back from a conference and one of the nights they had a pirate themed party.  There were lots of pirate hats to be had  but I was late and just got one of the skull caps and an eye patch.  I'm really hoping for some good hats in Pirates of Caribbean online.

I used to buy a ball cap from every place I traveled.  I'd never wear them, I'd just buy them.  It drove my wife nuts and then they started disappearing so I stopped buying them.  I guess she one that round.

One of the coolest hats I've seen is at the little store when you get off of Space Mountain at Disney.  It's a soft puffy space helmet.  I've got a picture of me wearing it around here somewhere but I didn't actually buy the thing.

This is some quality internets right here.

I was mad at my dad for years when I was a kid for not buying me a helmet at disneyworld. It was 1977 and they were selling replicas (good ones!) of Vader and stormtrooper helmets. In 1977!
