I've read that story before. I think they altered the fourth panel, by adding that text block at the end. I don't think that was there in the original. So yeah, the guy came on to him, but Peter left.

Sounds like it was a real issue to me (I hope this doesn't make Spidey any less likeable). Spider-Man/Power Pack #1 http://www.spiderfan.org/comics/reviews/spiderman_social_ncpca/pp_a.htmlSkip Westcott http://www.marvunapp.com/Appendix/westcott.htmReal Name: Steven "Skip" Westcott
Identity/Class: Human pedophile
Occupation: High School student (as of over a decade ago)
Enemies: Young Peter Parker and any other child The flashback in this story is a far cry from any other tale of Peter Parker's childhood, .....since Spidey admits that he was too scared to leave when Skip made his advances, the implication is that the older boy actually did molest Peter, making him one of the earliest villains that Peter ever encountered, and an all too realistic one.

I find this after school special comic less disturbing than the Marvel superheroes' irrational love for twinkies. (Warning, porno ads on the bottom)

Hmm, okay, then maybe he did molest him. I didn't remember that part of the dialogue; maybe I just blocked it out mentally. :)

Was this created back when Marvel was on their big social issues kick? I remember Spider-Man drug issues and Iron man drinking like a bird.

This is probably from some free child abuse special issue. marvel did a whole bunch of these for different social issues.
