Well I bought a PS3 from the remainder of my christmas bonus. Mainly because I'm a huge GTA whore and to have something to feed my HighDef TV with (Casino Royale is robot jesus in HDTV btw. A pity LOST is HD-DVD)

I actually would have bought one today along with GTA IV but MisterNoisy's experience scared me off it.
While I've had a less than perfect experience, pretty much everyone else I've talked to (online or otherwise) with a PS3 hasn't run into it - to be honest, you'll find reports of all sorts of issues on both platforms if you look hard enough. Perhaps I'm cursed. :P Don't let one anecdote keep you from playing what is a really great game. Plus, there's Uncharted for when GTA is acting up. :) |

This may not be appropriate for a first post, and I'm not sure why anyone would wanna play with someone they don`t know, but this gives me an excuse to use the wireless keypad that straps onto the PS3 controller, which sort of sucks, btw. Very poor tactile feedback on the keys and I'm not a big fan of the tiny, rounded buttons.
Anyways, my PSN username is Dicrism and I have the following games:

I also have the Eye of Judgement game, but I can't be bothered to set up the mat and ridiculous camera stand. I only bought it for the camera and the whole package happened to be on clearance at Kmart for $25, so it may be worth checking your local Kmart if that seems like a good deal. I purchased it last week or so and I noticed last night my local store still had some left.
