Does anybody want to meet this Sunday in frigates and go shoot 0.0 folks? Newbs, fellow corp members, non-corp folks, hell, enemies, everyone is invited. What do I care, I'll be flying a Rifter.

I was thinking Geminate, but hell, I'll fly down to Stain or wherever if there's ten folks to gang with there. If Geminate is OK, we could meet in Oijanen (The Forge) and head into BFW-ZZ (Geminate).

Get on F13's Teamspeak, even if you're not playing Eve. This should be entertaining.

(If you're grossly n00bish and worry about losing your shiny, I'll cover your insurance payment.)

Edit:
We'll make one run into Geminate at 1200 PST (1500 EST, 2000 GMT) and another at 1700 PST (2000 EST, 0100 GMT). Send me a tell or just join the F13 channel for a gang invite. See you in The Forge!

If it's still sane o'clock in GMT-land then I'll turn up.  Are we supposed to be in shiny T2 or throwaway crappy frigs?  Disposable, I guess?

I will try to get on for this, even though I'm not even a good frigate pilot.  Gunnery 2, nyuk nyuk nyuk.

Bring whatever you feel like having blown up. If that means your T2 frigate, well by all means  evil

Those of you with implants should probably do a clone jump sometime sunday or saturday night.

Point taken.  Merlin it is, then.

Um, can I do that in Concord space?  Do I have to traipse out to Neesher or somewhere?  Bless me for an ignorant fool, but I do have a head full of +2's that I have no keen desire to lose.

Bless you.

You would've had to have done it at a 0.0 station. Once you get a clone setup in a station you can then move them around and install them anywhere (by manually flying them to where you want them, then jumping back to your original clone). If you don't already have a jump clone out there there's not going to be an easy way to get one.

You might look at the ISS website and see what they charge to use their stations for jump clones - since they are neutral they will let anyone do it for a fee.

What's that in GMT time? Roughly?

As a matter of fact I swallowed one of these about two hours ago and the explanation is that it is, in fact, my hand.

Alright, sounds like we're going to have two gangs. One around noon PST which is 2000 Eve time. We'll have a second gang around 5 pm PST which is 0100 Eve time.  I'll try to make both.

Nope, that's 3pm EST and 8 pm EST.

I'm still for Geminate like I said in the original post unless everyone really wants to go shoot FiX right now. We'll save FiX for after Revelations.  :-D

Did the 8 o'clock run ever make it out of 0.0 space?  Did Dwindle lose any more rifters?

I am, of course, still trapped there: trapped for all eternity in a lawless and unforgiving (as well as surprisingly empty) landscape.

Yes, to all counts. I died again, no one else died, they all made it out in one piece. I call it a success. At 0100 we decided not to go into 0.0 because there were only three of us.

The gang jumped into a bubble camp, kept their cool, and made it out safe (well, except for me). I am proud.

Turnout was low among the vets. Let's do better next time, guys.  :-D

It was a total fucking blast, Dwindle - thanks again for taking us zerosec noobs out!  It was VERY educational on how to navigate the risky waters of zerosec, and I made a good chunk of money too from the rats we killed as we explored.

Now that I spent the time and migrated up to The Forge (Most of yesterday evening was spent shuttling 3 ships to and from Neesher-space - only stuff left there is minerals that I'll haul up at my leisure), I'll definitely be game for more runs!

Now - to find an agent who is NOT pissed off at me up there....:) Diplomacy FTW!

Ditto that.. thanks for spending the time on planning it and taking us out, Dwindle.  The bubble camp was fun - I'd never seen one before - and I eventually did get back into fluffy, warm, mollycoddled 0.3 space at lunchtime the next day when there were no piratical types at all.
