In other news, Paypal payments at the store are currently broken.
As you may or may not be aware, credit card payments are also broken for certain types of credit card (and have been for months).
They are planning to fix the paypal thing, but as for the credit cards, not so much.

afaik it only affects certain non-American cards - or at least I've never heard of an American with the problem. Some problem with the store makes it believe that certain cc companies are rejecting payments on the grounds that your address doesn't match, when actually they are accepting and awaiting confirmation from the wizard's store that it really wants the cash.
You call the cc company and they sigh, and explain that yes, they accepted the transaction, reserved the credit against your limit, and are now waiting on wotc to complete the transaction.
