WHAT IS PRISONSERVER?

Your first day in a crazy, maximum security prison is about to start! Forget swords and wizardry! This new online game is about FUN on the present-time!

The game is played exclusively over the Internet with other real players from all over the world. Combines classic online RPG gameplay and unique feaures. Turn-based combat.

Make your way from just a rookie to gang leader or boss, meet new friends and get a life while becoming stronger to gain real respect!

Players unite, collaborate & fight creating their own gangs and ranks within the prison confinements. Sooner or later you'll go Player versus Player forever. You can decide when or begin your character in a forced PvP server.

Superior proven CHAT system, including +500 beautiful emoticons, multiple channels, colors, console, a full character set and more!

+2500 items on weapons (bladed, blunt & distance), 7 types of armors, shirts & pants, chemical sprays, food, medicines, ammo, books, special items, bags, combiners and bombs.

+1600 non-player characters, 10 offences to choose, 42 skills to master, character customization...

Muffins? No! Hotdogs and chicken fingers. Make someone cook for you. Master the oven, the pot or the frying pan. Or teach yourself to sew, or some chemistry, or mechanics.

Stay away from Carlito. They say he's not human and you'll only defeat him when your gang is prepared to. You'll also learn jewelry, a secret to improve weapons and armor that you must find in the forests that surround the prison.

Nothing says fun like prison.

That said, that game sounds totally retarded.

It was ok. I couldn't get past, well, just about anything though. Definitely a foreign game though, and not in the well-it's-a-grind-but-man-is-it-pretty Pacific Rim sorta way.

This was my first impression upon hearing about the game "Priston Tale", which apparently has nothing to do with prison and everything to do with trying to be like Ragnarok Online.  Apparently PrisonServer picks up where Priston Tale is distinctively lacking in the "prison" aspect.

See, I can't see the purpose of a MMORPG that takes place in prison when the feeling of being in prison is already well simulated by most massively multiplayer online games.

So the question remains for all you people when we meet up in-game; jelly or syrup?

Oh, and Darniaq said "rim".  Heh heh.

I've heard syrup is the way to go, but I'm gonna try both and see which I prefer.

What sort of jelly?  Jello type jelly, or the sort of jelly that come in Turkish Delight?  If it's Jello jelly, won't you have to cook it and then chill it first?  Or nick it from the cafeteria?  Jello doesn't come in stick in the US, does it?

lol I didn't know this kept running. This is about 5 years old, the first and last Spanish produced MMOG. It was a big flop and ruined the company making it, which had been in bussiness since the 8-bit times. Seems someone got his hands on the remains and plans to refloat it.
I never played it, but judging by the chat displayed in their screenshots I can vouch for the inmersiveness and realistic roleplaying :) ...

For some reason I find myself deeply amused imagining farmers and botters on this game. Damn those botters and their /autotoss macros.
