No, I just wanted to try it out.  Some people type like that all the time.  I found that I had to think about not putting in caps and punctuation and it took more time bits than leaving them out.  So I stopped.    |

C'mon, that menopause joke was funny. No period, git it? Huh? Didja? Nobody thinks I'm funny today. Or ever, probably. Not like it'll stop me, it's not intentional. |

I think the Bees around here migrated weeks ago, from the cold.
 Or they died.

I'm tempted to post a picture. My right foot looks like a gigantic baby's foot. Haven't been able to walk all day. |

So... When I stepped on that bee the other day, I first thought it was a cigarette butt. Hurt like shit. I'm just beginning to feel better though, but guess what? Now I stepped on a real fucking cigarette butt. Big toe on the other foot is a little charred.    |

Heh, thanks, but that isn't necessary. I have even more shoes than most of the women I know.
I can't explain why it is that I still happen to be barefoot a lot though.

Don't feel bad. I have a bugbite from hell on my thigh. I can't figure out how it got there or when I got it, but it is disgusting. It could very well be a spider bite given where I live. But it looks like it finally stopped swelling. It is, most definitely, filled with puss and will probably pop while I'm going to get an emissions test today. Yay for awkward stains. |

So Christine had some funny smelling prawns in the restaurant last night, one of which she eat before noticing. 12 hours later and she's only just got to bed after his body purging itself of a really bad dose of poison. Life has sucked for 7 days solid now.  I was expecting poison next....   |

Geez, I hope she's better now!  The worst case of food poisoning I've ever had was caused by ONE clam.  And it's horrible.  Took me years before I could eat a clam again.  Let's hope the luck you have next is as good as the bad luck you've been having for seven days.  It's bound to happen.    |

would rock to be able to act like that in a restaraunt.  Call the chef out and force feed his ass the bad prawns while berating him about how you can't fucking believe he hasn't killed someone yet by serving that crap. |

Thing is, I AM like Gordon.  But she didn't tell me there was a problem till well after we'd left.  (Probably because I'm like Gordon.)

Problem is if YOU or I act like Gordon it would either result in being expelled rapidly from the establishment or someone jacking off in our food.   |

Indeed. Rule #1 on berating restaurant staff is don't ever eat anything there again, starting at the moment you open your mouth. Even if they fully deserve it.
In fact...it's just better to learn how to cook and skip restaurants altogether. Disgusting places filled with underpaid, overworked employees who just don't give a shit.

probably worthy of it's own thread but: One of the most impressive new features included in Fedora 8 is the PulseAudio sound daemon, which will allow users to set the volume for each application individually, move streams between devices, redirect audio streams to other computers on the local network, and much more. When we looked at PulseAudio last month when it was officially proposed for inclusion in GNOME 2.22, we said that it would bring a next-generation audio experience the Linux desktop. Fedora 8 is one of the first distribution to use PulseAudio by default. One might say that it's a sound investment. http://arstechnica.com/news.ars/post/20071108-an-old-hat-with-new-tricks-fedora-8-officially-released.html
Can we trade aero for this and get a version of Vista that is worth moving to?  Fuck I want this in windows more than I want to get laid!   |
