I can see the debates start all up again over this.  What the hell is Super Columbine Killer online anyway?  I've never heard of it.  Of course I've never heard of that vampire website he belonged to either...

It's probably one of those silly games made by some sicko for other sickos.  Luckily, he didn't imagine himself to be a disgruntled gnome from Norath.  The Columbine killers were kids, though, no?  This was a grown man.  If the cops hadn't killed him, I'm sure he would have suffered the most extreme penalty.  He didn't sound insane or anything, just sick and stupid.  I never understood the "thing" some people have about vampires outside the realm of fantasy.  I can think of nothing even slightly fun about blood.

I may be mis-remembering my games, so someone correct me if I am wrong.  (Like this board wouldn't :P)  Supposedly it was made to raise awareness of the tragedy and show it is disturbed individuals that do such things and that games are not murder simulators which teach children how to kill ala JT's claims.

Mix one distrubed individual and one violent game with a dash of irony then stir.  Bring to a roiling boil.  Serves several million.

Hahahaha!  I'm really good at this!

The game is pretty desturbing looking. You can kind of tell its made in parady, but still in very poor taste. www.columbinegame.com

Now, of course the game made him do it. After all, we know that real people can't make up their own minds. That's why George Bush is...

Wow.  Talk about bad taste.

He talks about delving into their psyches to understand what they were thinking, but he gets facts wrong.  Like, for one, they didn't listen to Marilyn Manson.  That was a media myth.  They hated him.

The quote at the bottom of that page is comedy gold.

Those guys liked KMFDM. So do I. Draw your own conclusions... tongue

But isn't KMFDM the drug against war?

Tuned in, immediately get to watch cringey Ubisoft talking head offering her deepest sympathies to the families impacted by the Orlando shooting while flanked by a man in a giraffe suit and some sort of "horrifically garish neon costumes through the ages" exhibit or something.  We need to stop this fucking planet right now and sort some shit out. -Kail

I'm sure he would have suffered the most extreme penalty.

Up here that isn't much. Consecutive life sentences at the most. Unless he was a homophobe. Well, then that's just downright awful and it would be worse than the death penalty.

At work they sent out an e-mail telling us to avoid press calls in regards to this incident and the involvement of games. Apparently some knob at one of our stores was stupid enough to say games could make people do it.
