How does it work? I've had several people run from mobs, and deposit them on me as they pass. These folks have attacked and wounded the mob before choosing to flee, and I haven't. Worse, I've had people use single special attacks on mobs I've mostly killed, gain aggro, and kite them out of range of me, causing the mob to reset to full health and become their mob. I've repeated the first condition for myself, but not the second at this point. I'd venture that neither is ideal in release, unless its intended that PvE griefing be part of the gameplay.
