akota is slated to have a rape scene and a full-frontal scene in just panties, which is the reason I imagine the film is having trouble getting funding now. I guess some investors have pulled out, which kinda makes sense.
There's a big, big difference between a role like Jodie Foster's in Taxi Driver where we know the character is a teenage hooker, yet never see anything and this abomination which would show the simulated rape of a topless 12 year old girl. I'm not surprised that funding is being pulled, I'm tempted to firebomb the goddamned studio. I know we've been approaching the level of snuff films in Hollywood, but isn't topless, raped pre-pubescent girls just a tad over the fucking line? |

"Nudity" can be applied to a very wide range of things. Remember Jack Thompson going off on the Sims being a training simulator for pedophiles because it contained depictions of implied child nudity or whatever?
