I'm sure some people already know but just figured I'd drop a reminder here, the first patch is due to be available for download tomorrow.  From the forums:

Hey Folks,

Just want to let everyone know we are looking to go live with our first patch on July 5th. I dont have a specific time or specific patch list at this point.

As I mentioned before some of the key improvements will include:
Improved auto-placement of inventory items
Fixed NPC dialogue windows closing when NPC moves to avoid other characters
Added character back-up functionality which will help prevent corrupted characters
Improved multiplayer stability and performance

When the patch does go live it will be available to everyone via the main menu under the Check for Updates button.

Thanks again for your patience!

Yea, the patch is sort of weak. Or rather, the patch is "including" not enough unless the list is long and that guy is lazy.

This is simply one of those games where Multiplayer < Singleplayer. They need to fix and let people know they're fixing the crashing shit.

How sweet.  I think that should just be added to every review of every game ever.

You know what made it even better?

I was just reading the Bushisms site.

I knew exactly what you meant, actually.

But we already established a few minutes ago that I am weird.

I do not appreciate this cross-thread referencing in my shiny new forum!

Signe, darling?

I think we should buy matching whips and chase young Schildy back and forth between us like a slightly slower version of Pong.
