Revelers you can dance with, give nice buffs.

Can toast people to give a nice buff.

Can buy fireworks to ooooh and aaaaaah over.

And the cities have a nice fireworks show every hour!

I love fluff.

Bring back fluff-events that raise faction at a reasonable rate. Thoose coin-thingies were wonderfull.
