There's multiple companies like that. Another one is Cavia.
 
Edit: Just remembered, there's one here in Chandler, AZ. called Crunchtime games. Despite not being credited, they did the majority of the work on most of the main characters in Mark Ecko's Getting Up.

That was a neat article. Cavia are rather different - not only much smaller, but their name appears on the products they work on.

Not all of them. Or at least, not on all the American stuff. I haven't looked through the back of the manual for Winback 2. But Cavia was nowhere to be seen on the box. Unless I missed it. Which is entirely possible.
