I thought I had a program that would let Eve play in a borderless window. But I can't find it, nor any reference for it. Doesn't this exist, or am I thinking of another game?

I haven't seen one. I set EVE's resolution to the same as my desktop resolution and voi la - no border. :)

You don't get the window border and title bar doing that?

I do get the title bar, but I move it up so it's only sliver at the top of the screen - still gives me access to the minamize button which is nice. I will try one of those apps though.

Shift Window works like a charm it seems. Launch program, configure to work with the "Eve" window, launch Eve, make it Windowed mode, hit whatever key you chose in ShiftWindow and presto, borderless window. Doesn't seem to have any sort of FPS hit either.

Oddly enough, when I just use regular Windowed mode, my framerate drops to shit. But when I use ShiftWindow, it's back to what I normally get in Fullscreen. Wierd that, though mine is not to reason why :)

Same thing. I haven't tried Swike, but one thing about ShiftWindow I like is that it works for any window, Eve or otherwise.

After trying both evefs and shiftwindow, I switched to shiftwindow. At my resolution (1600x1200) the evefs program made the fonts blurry. No problem like that with shiftwindow.
