Looking for such a thing to provide instructional diagrams of big cocks over the internet. Summat running IP would be nice.
Any ideas ?

As a stand-alone program I know of nothing.
My old company used Net Meeting and (I think) GoToMeeting. They both had virtual whiteboards as well as desktop sharing and worked pretty well for us.

NetMetting is pretty easy to use and is also part of XP so if all your folks are running XP they should already have it.
Click Start -> Run -> Type 'conf'. It should come up.

Where I'm from we use WebEx. Not sure how much it costs, but it's pretty handy.

http://www.elluminate.com/This is what our school/intermediate unit uses. It's java based so should work on just about anything. It supports voice (one person at a time - you have to 'raise your hand') and live video from a desktop or webcam.
