Yes, a remake of the original Megaman.

Some features:
Full level editor. Includes changing the music.
100 Ministage challenge.
Play as any of the 8 bosses, though I do believe there are 13 playable characters in all.
As soul-crushingly hard as the original.

Ok. That last one isn't a feature, but it's what I've heard. So it's as good as a feature. Just remember to start with Guts Man. Keke ^_^.

Sounds more like a DS game to me  Rimshot

A nation consists of its laws. A nation does not consist of its situation at a given time. If an individual's morals are situational, then that individual is without morals. If a nation's laws are situational, that nation has no laws, and soon isn't a nation.

I like the whole sharing levels with other players thing.  I am terrified and excited at what devious and abusive level designs players are going to come up with.

At $30, if you have a PSP and like Mega Man you have no fucking excuse, period.

I just downloaded a bunch of special stuff from Capcom like extra stuff for making stages 8-bit style, some harder stages (god help me), and some custom stages. One guy is remaking Mario Bros 1 starting from stage 1-1. Good stuff.

This is the sort of thing the PSP was really made for.

I'm having a lot of fun playing as the bosses.  The two new bosses seem...less than necessary, but I won't complain: the more stages the merrier.

I second the idea of the game being soul-crushingly hard as a feature.  It would feel fake otherwise, and they shouldn't have bothered including an easy mode.

I won't even bother playing Easy mode. The two new bosses are the easiest ones with the buster and you get to play them immediately, you can't really do bad enough to not unlock them.

I'm probably going to have more fun designing stages than anything else.

Addendum: load times are almost universally excellent in this game.  Capcom seems to know it's PSP shit.

This game sounded cool until I saw how they fucked up the art style.

Camping is a legitimate strategy.

There ya go.  My level for all the world to see. It's big and non-linear, not too hard, and original as all hell. There is even one obstacle which requires two powers to be used together to complete.  If anyone actually got this game, try out my level, I would love to hear your reaction to it.

Hey, where do you keep that gun?
-None of your damn business, Sam.
-Shall we dance?
-Lets!
