I'm a bit testy about the rogue thing, so let's see if I can state it clearly without too much profanity.
I can state my disappointment pretty clearly.
I heard they intended to do thieves "right". Thief is one of my very favoritist franchises.
DDO does not support a Garrett style of gameplay, a no-kill ghost style (and soloing). Ironically, and I'm really getting a bit tired of this part...UO did support this playstyle pretty well. I played on Siege Perilous without killing anything, ever. Zero combat skills, including magic.
Therefore, I have very little interest in DDO. Doesn't bug me much, I've long become accustomed to this myth that mmo needs to be group dominant. Too bad, but then again, reality usually takes that turn.
