Clever, but I don't see the Indian mascot as racist. Nor are about half his pictures in the charactures, IMO. Do people in the northeast get upset by the Yankees? Irish get worked up over Notre Dame? You can't really cry racism of a race when something is intended to support that group, not degrade it.

Funny, liked it. Clever, but I don't see the Indian mascot as racist. Nor are about half his pictures in the charactures, IMO. Do people in the northeast get upset by the Yankees? None of your examples are about race. This artwork finds its tongue-in-cheek humour in the use of a racial stereotype as a mascot. |
