Cheap, comfortable, and oh so soothing...

Get your asses to Staples, it's worth every penny.

I bought a chair from Staples and had it break inside of 3 months. Their customer service people are well trained to frustrate, obfuscate, and otherwise deflect any and all attempts made to rectify the situation.

In other words, Staples can go fuck themselves.

I hate being massaged, so I won't buy that particular chair, but I've bought more than one chair from Staples.

Basically, spend the money for a good one.  I went through three or four chairs in two years buying the cheapo models ($50-$100).  Said "screw this", shelled out $300 for a good office chair, and seven years later it's still in wonderful shape (except for a few claw marks in the leather where the goddamned stupid cat climbed up the back, but that's hardly the chair's fault)

Righ doesn't like a massage, either... what the fuck is broken inside you two?  I would have a massage every day if someone would buy it for me.

Doesn't like massages, or doesn't like massage chairs?  Good massages are great, but I've yet to sit in a massage chair that didn't feel like it was possessed and attempting to eat my spine.

Nooblers tied to computer desks.  Hello Kitty

Sofa! Actually I want a nice lazyboy for gaming, just haven't found one I like yet, with nice flattish arms for the mouse book/pad and a cooler in the left arm. But I will!

If I need a massage, I'll stuff two rabid squirrels in it.

When I saw $169.99, my Yego-sense went off.  Since it is almost always wrong, I am suspicious that there is a catch.

Righ sits in his reclining futon chair most of the day.  It's pretty comfy.  He has a small and heavy printer table with his computer on the bottom shelf and he used the top for a end table.  He has his monitor attached to an arm and it's clamped to the top of the printer table.  He has a wireless keyboard that he puts on one of those wee tabletop thingys with the bean bags for a bottom... I don't know what you call them.  He has a mouse that you don't need a surface for, really, and it sits on the wooden arm of his chair.  It's like command central in the living room.  This is where he works every day.  I'm thinking of buying him a fancy new leather recliner soon.  That part of the living room is Righ World and sometimes it smells like socks.

Great, now someone is probably going to have that thread archived somewhere and dig it up.

Poopsock's are employed by catasses to avoid the leaving of the chair.

I don't think my husband is a catass, he just works in a chair.  He is also much too polite to poop in his sock.  Besides,  people shouldn't poop where they put their feet.  I think I'm still confused but don't dig up any threads.  It probably wouldn't help anyway.

How is that even possible?

A "Poop-Thermos" I could understand, perhaps....But a "poopsock"?

I was going to get that one (it's leather and actually less expensive than the fabric one), but when I demoed it in the store I noticed that it was missing the butt/thigh portion of the massage that the fabric one had.  I figured for $20 more my ass was worth it.

Sort of on topic, I dropped nearly $2k on a new mattress and headboard/footboard this Sat.  I feel totally justified since I've learned after way too long in software the real importance of sleeping well at night.  I've also learned the importance of fitness but that hasn't sunk in yet.  Maybe when I'm closer to 40.

Oh and with my ubar negotiations skill I got them to throw in a stuffed sheep "for my girlfriend".  Winnar!
