This could be one of 2 things:

1. An actual permanent release date on City of Villains.
2. First public showing on City of Villains.

Let your imagination run amok in this thread. (I'm feeling giddy, I just had my last day of undergraduate classes, and well, yea. The fanboi in me screams to play every game on the market nonstop for the entire summer).

Last undergrad class ever? If so, good job. It's a great feeling.

I get my masters on Saturday.  Big relief to be done with classes (now to just finish off that master's project).

Ah, to be back in school, or at least newly graduated.

I thought the clock was just a countdown to E3 and City of Villains.

From scanning the forums, I learned the clock will lead to a url very soon.

Spoilers below...

from the notes on www.cityofvillains.com it looks a lot more like daoc than I expected.

Battle for relics/devices, and the taking over enemy bases/liars.

My reading of the notes on the site suggests that playing a villain is much like playing a hero - rather than the 'almost like playing dungeon keeper' approach that some people had hoped-for/suggested.

But it is all very vague.

I wonder what villians will do with their downtime.  Heroes beat down purse snatchers and street gangs between missions, but villians?  If I can hit old women for cash, I'm so in.

Hahaha

BWL is funny tho.  It's like watching a Special Needs school take a field trip to a minefield.
